Will the plugins work even when the subscription ends?
Yes. The subscription grants you access to plugin updates and support. The plugin works even after your subscription ends. However, if we release a new version of the plugin, it is not possible to update it without the subscription.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. If you want to deactivate automatic subscription renewal, you can do so in the section My account → Subscription. Choose the subscription you want to change and deactivate the automatic renewal. You can find more information on the page How to manage orders with subscription.
Where can I manage my subscription?
In the section My account → Subscription. Here you can choose your subscription, renew it manually, change the payment method or cancel it. You can find more information on the page How to manage orders with subscription.
Is the license transferable?
Yes. If you purchase the license (for your client, for example, or through an e-shop), it is possible to transfer it to someone else. If you want to change the license owner, this change is bound to the entire order when the license was created. When contacting our support to change the license owner, please use the e-mail connected to the order.
